Clock, Movement, or Part Wanted
The name on this dial is Bucherer. It is time and strike - both trains are driven by the same barrel and wound with a single arbor.
The movement was probably used in more than one style of case. I am interested in any clock that uses the movement below.
All I really need is the tic-tac pallet arbor.
![]() The movement is reasonably well made. The pivot holes for both ends of the pallet and escape wheel arbors are jewelled. The back plate is stamped 2/15. The pendulum measures 12 cm. from suspension point to the bottom of the bob ![]() The barrel bridge is stamped "FABRIK (SSS) MARKE" ![]() The movement has a "tic-tac" escapement. The pallets are cut right into the cylinder which is integral with the hardened arbor. This arbor is all I really need - or someone willing to re-pivot it. Bob Terwilliger email me
